Understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you interact with our website and services.
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 6, 2026
At Eloqubit, we engineer secure systems and hold our own data practices to the same standard. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and storage of data when you interact with our technical infrastructure at eloqubit.com and our associated communication protocols.
As a B2B engineering studio, our data collection is inherently minimal and focused exclusively on business contact execution and pre-contractual evaluation. We do not participate in behavioral advertising networks or consumer data brokering.
1. Data Controller Identity
Eloqubit is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Ashutosh Tiwari. We are registered as an MSME in India, operating as a remote-first entity based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. For the purposes of global data protection laws (including GDPR and DPDPA), Eloqubit acts as the primary Data Controller for information collected via our platform.
2. Data Architecture & Collection Scope
2.1 Priority Intake & Direct Communication (Provided Data)
When you engage our Priority Intake channel or email us, we collect standard business information required to evaluate structural fit and execute SLAs:
- Corporate identity and contact protocols (Name, Work Email, Company URL)
- Technical architecture requirements and project scope
*Legal Basis for Processing: Contractual Necessity (pre-contractual steps) and Legitimate Business Interest.
2.2 Telemetry & System Logs (Passive Data)
Our edge network (Vercel) automatically logs standard server-level telemetry (e.g., IP obfuscation, browser user-agent, response times) strictly for security and performance monitoring.
Secondary interaction analytics (Google Analytics) are deployed strictly behind a Consent Mode v2 wall. This data (approximate location, page traversal) is only processed if you explicitly opt-in.
2.3 Asynchronous Support (Chatwoot)
If you initiate a live technical discussion, our Chatwoot instance processes your IP, browser context, and chat history to maintain session continuity across page loads.
3. Infrastructure Sub-Processors
We do not build custom databases to hoard data. We route data through secure, enterprise-grade sub-processors to execute our operations. We have verified that these providers comply with global data standards:
- Vercel — Edge hosting and baseline server telemetry.
- Resend — Transactional email routing for the Priority Intake API.
- Chatwoot — Asynchronous communication and widget state.
- Google Analytics — Interaction telemetry (subject to explicit user consent).
Notice of Zero-Sale: Eloqubit does not, and will not, sell or rent personal or business data to third parties under any circumstances (satisfying CCPA/CPRA requirements).
4. Data Retention Lifecycle
We apply a strict data minimization protocol. Data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill its operational purpose.
- Intake & Communication Data: Retained by Eloqubit for a maximum of 1 year from the last point of contact, after which it is purged from our active systems.
- Sub-Processor Logs: Governed by the default retention policies of the respective providers (typically 30 to 90 days for server logs).
5. Global Data Transfers
Because Eloqubit operates in India and utilizes global edge infrastructure (Vercel), your data may be processed outside your country of residence. By utilizing our systems, you acknowledge this architecture. We ensure data routing occurs over encrypted channels (TLS/SSL) and rely on sub-processors adhering to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6. User Control & Sovereign Rights
We respect your jurisdictional data rights (GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA). You possess the explicit right to:
- Request a structural export of your data.
- Demand immediate erasure (Right to be Forgotten).
- Withdraw consent for analytics tracking via our Cookie Policy panel.
- Correct any inaccurate architectural/business details.
7. Grievance & Compliance Officer
In compliance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and global equivalents, Ashutosh Tiwari acts as the designated Data Protection and Grievance Officer.
